Screen Printing Machines
Screen-printing consists of woven mesh screen, generally, made of polyester or nylon. The mesh has special emulsion coating that blocks particular areas of the screen and allows ink to transfer only through the design, also known as stencil. The screen is carefully placed over the substrate and then operator pours calculated volumes of ink on the screen. A sharp edged roller is used to press the ink through the stencil. In this way, the design or image gets screen printed on a substrate. After completion of screen printing, the object is kept into an oven for permanent curing.
