Printing toys is a critical job and needs a great level of accuracy for the details to come out impressively. A perfect output is achieved when jigs and fixtures are carved in perfect dimensions and marked with good material. Use of perfect fixtures increases production and further reduces the cost of production. It assures a greater level of accuracy in the parts, gives the facility of interchangeability, helps in holding the complex part tightly, controls quality, improves the safety at work, thereby, lowering the rate of accidents.

We have 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machines from the world’s best manufacturers such as Deckel Maho and DMG Mori. These machines assure machining up to 5 microns.

Jigs and fixtures made by additive manufacturing have their own advantages. Additive manufacturing saves a lot of time. We can manufacture complex design jigs & fixtures with a lot of customization. In additive manufacturing we customize material density, impart honeycomb & netted structure (so as to save material without compromising strength).
