We take an oath to be solely responsible for our customer’s satisfaction for any machine or inks they purchase from us. For this, we provide training to you on your first purchase of machine or inks. We provide training at our facility or at yours totally at your discretion.
Pad printing training
At Spinks World, we are not only going to train our customers on how to operate or run a particular machine. We ensure that the customers get involved and understand the entire process by which printing is done. We walk them through the entire process starting from artwork preparation, plate making, pad selection, ink mixing to equipment and fixtures manufacturing. We believe that training makes a customer feel confident about the entire process and lets them squeeze the best out of our products.
The expert trainer keeps a special attention on:
How to set up a machine, run operations, do adjustments & troubleshoot bugs. Proper ink transfer & its relationship with plate etching depth, ink/solvent mix and pad material needs special care. Trainer meticulously works on choosing the right design of pads depending on the machine, part and the artwork to be pad printed and how to set the right parameter to etch the plate well.
Training at Spinks World
After you buy the machine from us, we strongly recommend that you come to our facility for full-fledged free of cost training. We will have you learn in the most effective way that is because we have every piece of equipment and everything that is needed for training. Secondly, we have a team of experts with multiple years of experience. They have a greater ability to answer you and guide you.
At Spinks world, we not only teach customers how to operate a particular machine – we make sure the customer understands the entire printing process, both fundamentals and fine details. We will walk you through everything from artwork preparation and plate making (if needed) to pad selection, ink mixing, using equipment and fixtures – so you feel confident and can get the best from our products.
On-site audit of printing processes
Many small to large sized companies who are our customers ask for our audit services. In this service of ours we send our expert technicians to recheck and inspect the tools and procedures followed in the production and identify ways for improvements. Training at customer’s factory
Spinks World arranges training sessions at your facility. Our experts travel to your location and train your people for an effective demonstration of machine's functioning. In case of a huge purchase (large number of machines) or if large number of people need to be trained, we provide training sessions collectively.
Training sessions are arranged according to your availability. Training can last for a single day or several days and, further can be broken into many segments, delivered to different shifts and management as well (to train the management is often a good idea because this gives managers better insight into the production challenges), etc.
